A personal brand for beautiful homes
These contemporary homes, many only dream of, needed an identity that attract the lucky few who can afford them. Daniel, an independent Sotheby's realtor, felt a disconnection between the luxurious homes he sold and the brand that represented them. Focusing on typography, exploration led to a mark that is suggestive and recognizable, alluring to decode, but viscerally obsessed with precise forms. Extending into the web, the design puts the beauty of the architecture first, but leaves room for the brand to be expressive.
